“People die at their dinner tables, they die in their beds… Everybody dies sooner or later, don’t worry about your death, worry about your life, take charge of your life for as long as it lasts…” Lord Baelish (Game of Thrones)
What are you spending the bulk of your life working towards: living or not dying?
I find it sad when people are crippled by the fear of death. As in, the ONLY power death really has is the fear it spreads. You would find that when you overcome your fear of fear, of failure and ultimately of death, you unclip your wings. You gain a mind blowing level of ascendancy over life that you never thought possible (he says, speaking from personal experience).
Red bull doesn’t give you wings, not cowering at death does.
You soar to the ends of the earth, discover the depths of your dreams and experience the best that life has to offer.
I’m not even going to mince words; You’re wasting time being afraid. First, decide that nurturing that crippling fear of death and its by-products is a complete waste of time, then we can start talking about how to heal.
